3. Maximum Occupancy

The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Please respect this limit for the comfort and safety of all.

4. What's Included

All necessities for your stay are provided, including:
Fresh towels and bed linens, toiletries (soap, shampoo), toilet paper, fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies, coffee and tea basics.

5. Alcohol-Free Property

To maintain a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, we kindly ask that alcohol not be consumed on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve this tranquil environment for all guests.

6. Smoking Policy

- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

7. Noise & Quiet Hours

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours after 22:00 (10:00 PM). We're surrounded by nature – let's keep it peaceful!

8. Pet Policy

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed at the property.

WiFi credentials are provided upon check-in.
